Operations & Marketing Manager
Full Time, Hybrid Position

Boston Art Review seeks a highly motivated individual to join our team as we build capacity and expand our impact.

The operations & marketing manager will support our next chapter by working directly with our executive director on developing sustainable systems for Boston Art Review’s growth. Furthermore, this role will be essential in facilitating the success of our three major goals: 1) reaching larger and more diverse audiences, 2) expanding and diversifying our earned revenue channels, and 3) facilitating cross-organizational partnerships and programs. This role will interface with freelancers, readers, program partners, collaborators, and donors and will be responsible for overseeing subscriptions, advertising, and sponsorship packages; managing social media; assisting with office and event logistics; contributing to editorial production; coordinating invoices; and other operational tasks.
